I was reluctant to purchase the Amazon Kindle. It was a lot of money and I had heard some horror stories about these E-Books. However I took a chance and I am most happy that I did. It is amazingly simple to use and ordering books is a snap. The only objection I have is occasionally the price of an e-book is higher than a paperback book, especially one from Wal-Mart. Outside of that I thoroughly enjoy my Kindle. I have read 4 novels so far and have been extremely happy with the ease of reading. I can enlarge the type so I can read without my glasses and narrow the number of words per line making reading faster than with a standard book. Love My Kindle September 8, 2010

Got this just before knee surgery and just recently got around to playing with my Kindle. I live where there is no reception so I downloaded a couple books on my computer and transferred to my Kindle. As I'm not real good at this I called Customer Service and was sooooo pleased with them. He walked me through the process step by step. It's comforting to know they are there and so helpful AND did not make me feel stupid. Very very pleased.

I love love love my Kindle! I bought it last year and I have loved it since then. I recently had a problem with my Kindle, and I called the service support. AMAZING! I have never left a review before but after reading some of the horror stories I just wanted to let everyone know that the customer service was amazing and in a matter of 15 minutes I had a new one shipped! I just want to thank Amazon for their great service! It is especially helpful since I just found out I will be deploying soon! THANK YOU AMAZON!!!
